The main current responsibilities: Consulting and Partnership for Senior Leaders in Human Capital related questions and HRBP team and competency growing. Experience of company building from 300 to 5000 employees. More than 13 years of professional experience in HR and over 9 years of the managerial experience. Established several HR Department’s directions at SoftServe such as Recruiting, HR Marketing, Talent Management, Global Mobility Program, Compensation&Benefits Management and HR Operations. HR process automation: home-developed (Career Map, Promotion and Compensation Plan, PA Planning) and global HR systems (Workday, Peakon, Workplace). SoftServe has been the best employer in Ukraine and Eastern Europe for 7 years.
I believe, enjoy and use the approaches in managing people and teams, which are based on the Sinek’s quotation “The responsibility of leadership is not to come up with all the ideas but to create an environment in which great ideas can thrive.
